Floods in Montgomery

Thursday was a very interesting day here in Montgomery. We were at preschool, it was a normal rainy day. Rainy days are always a little crazy, but we have a special schedule to help with the stuffiness of the day. We were listening to the weather radio to make sure there were no tornados. We were relieved to here there was just a flash flood watch and not a tornado watch. About 10 a.m., our youth minister came down and said the roads were getting bad and the rain was to continue through the day. After a few phone calls to the police and tv stations, we decided to call parents and tell them we will be here throughout the day, but if they were able to come pick up to go ahead and come. Some were already trapped in thier houses. Here are some pictures of the roads around us. Truely unbelievable!!!
