Braeden has been having a hard time adjusting to school after the Christmas break. (Wednesday his teacher had to pry him off of my leg and he was balling crying). It just happened that Matt's mom called Wednesday and asked if they could come visit this weekend. This would be the perfect treat for not crying on Thur and Friday. I told Braeden if he did good he would get a big surprise this weekend--of course he tried to guess it , but never did. He did wonderful the last couple of days and so tonight we told him we were going to McDonalds to eat and to Bass Pro Shop (he thought this was his prize). We went to the McD's in Pratville and Gran Gran and Pa were sitting at a table--the kids saw them and were completely blown away--I don't think they closed their mouths for 5 minutes ,but they never said a word. It was great--then we went to BPS and played on the boats forever!
Since Braeden had two good days, I'm hoping he's going to do better next week. Please pray that he can be happy, enjoy his day and not be homesick. We won't be able to top this surprise!

Oh, pictures make me what to SEE them!!! So precious! BPS story is so sweet and so sad for Braeden.
